Before I fell in love with photography, I fell in love with people. My background in healthcare has forever shaped the way I work with people. I'm used to noticing the things that aren't always said out loud—reading emotions, sensing what someone needs, and helping them feel seen. That instinct never left, I just picked up a camera along the way.

I've been on the other side of feeling nervous, awkward, self-conscious, and overwhelmed, so creating a space where you can let those things go comes naturally to me.

Most sessions are bound to start with a little uncertainty. Then come the small shifts: a genuine laugh, a relaxed shoulder, the way two people's bodies naturally find each other. Before long, you're not even thinking about the nerves or my camera anymore. That's usually when the best photos start to happen.
